Students are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to the Tutor for any lesson cancellation. The latest time for free cancellations is 9 pm the day preceding the session. Failure to give adequate notice will result in the student being charged the full tuition fee for the missed lesson.
Late cancellations disrupt our scheduling and incur costs as tutors are still compensated. Therefore, we cannot accommodate cancellations beyond the specified time.
For prepaid lessons, it's assumed that the student will attend all scheduled sessions. No discounts or refunds will be issued for missed lessons.
