Cancellation Policy

At Brainstorm Education, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel a lesson, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. The latest time to cancel without charge is 24 hours before your session. Cancellations after that point will incur the full lesson fee, as our tutors are still compensated for their time and preparation. This policy applies in all circumstances, including illness or unexpected events.

Your scheduled lesson will run continuously each week at the same time. We will contact you if any changes need to be made. We are extremely busy, and last-minute cancellations disrupt our scheduling and make it challenging to accommodate other students.

For students with prepaid lessons, please note that cancellations or missed lessons are not eligible for refunds, credits, or discounts, as it is expected that all scheduled sessions will be attended.
