Tuition Policy

At Brainstorm Education, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel a lesson, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. The latest time to cancel without charge is 9 pm the evening before your session. Cancellations after that point will incur the full lesson fee, as our tutors are still compensated for their time and preparation.

We are extremely busy, and last-minute cancellations disrupt our scheduling and make it challenging to accommodate other students. For students with prepaid lessons, please note that cancellations or missed lessons aren’t eligible for refunds or discounts, as it’s expected all scheduled sessions will be attended.
